Services Provided
VISPLAY offers the following services:

E-commerce Website Design and Development

Personal/Business Website Creation

Website Upgrades and Maintenance

All services are tailored for high-quality, conversion-optimized, and scalable results.

 

Pricing and Payments

E-commerce Websites: $3,000 (with payment plan options available)

Personal/Business Websites: $1,250

Website Upgrades/Maintenance: $1,000

Payment Terms:

A deposit may be required to begin work.

Payment plans are available upon request and require timely installments.

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

 

Revisions and Support

Each project includes a set number of revisions (typically up to 2 rounds). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Ongoing support is only included in our maintenance plans or promotional service agreements.

Fixes due to user error after delivery may be billed at our hourly rate.

 

Project Timelines

Estimated delivery times will be provided upon project initiation.

Delays caused by incomplete client input (e.g., missing content or approvals) are not the responsibility of VISPLAY.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely materials (e.g., text, images, branding) as agreed.

Failure to provide required materials may result in project delays or termination.

 

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website files and content.

VISPLAY retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio or for promotional purposes.

VISPLAY does not transfer ownership of any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, plugins) unless explicitly agreed.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refunds are issued once a project has begun.

If a client cancels a project mid-way, any work completed up to that point remains billable.

Payment plans must be completed even if a project is delayed by the client.

 

Limitation of Liability
VISPLAY shall not be held liable for:

Loss of data, revenue, or business due to website issues beyond our control.

Downtime caused by third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors).

Any client modifications that break or alter the website post-delivery.

 

Updates to These Terms
VISPLAY reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes.
